General FAQs

What days and times are the DIY Project Hours?

Thursdays from 4pm to 8pm and again on Saturdays from 10am to 4pm.

What are the kit prices?

We offer a range of prices on our kits, starting at $7.50.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, Apply Pay.

How long does a typical project take?

DIY Projects on average take 2 – 3 hours; however, depending on your project selection, creativity, and socializing project times can vary.

Do the DIY projects come with everything I need?

Yes, we do our best in store to provide everything you will need including paint, paint brushes, glue, and when needed, any other special tools or media (e.g. hook and loop dots). **Need to figure out the glue piece for kits to go.

What happens if I (we) don’t finish our project(s)?

We can hold on to your project for you and you can come back in to finish. Projects will be held for up to 21 days. Or we can make a small to go package for you to take with so you can finish it at home.

What if I am done, however, my project is still drying?

You are welcome to leave your project to dry and pick it up during business hours on another day.

What should I wear?

We suggest wearing something you don’t mind getting paint on. While we do our best to avoid it, accidents can happen.

Food and Beverage FAQs

Do you offer any food or beverage services?

Unfortunately we are not licensed for food or beverage sales. We do have a water fountain on site.

Can we BYOB?

No. In Wisconsin BYOB alcohol is not permitted in unlicensed retail locations.

Can we bring our own snacks or non-alcoholic drinks?

You are welcome to bring your own non-aloholic drinks and/or snacks; however, space is limited.

Groups and Reservations FAQs

How many people can you accommodate at one time?

During our DIY Project hours, we have seating available for 6 – 8 people. For special occasions reserved, we can accommodate up to 12 people.

Can I reserve times to come in and work on a project?

Yes during DIY project hours, however, payment will be required in advance to hold your time and reserve your kit.

I have a group of more than 12 people, can you accommodate that many?

Let us know and we will coordinate with some of our fellow Platteville small businesses to see if we can accommodate your needs.

We would like to do kits as a part of a special occasion that includes alcohol. Are there any local options for us?

Yes! Let us know and we will happily create a package of kits that you can take with you to a private location of your choosing. Alternatively, we can attempt to partner with one of our local licensed businesses who might be able to host your special occasion.

We have a celebration scheduled out of town. Do you offering shipping on your kits?
